UPDATE:
The Survey issue has been resolved as of yesterday.  If you are still not receiving the Survey after completing your session, please check and see if your Pop Up blocker is enabled. After speaking with Webex Tech Support, apparently, simply allowing pop ups from “tickets.webex.com” (our specific site where we are hosting the Summit) is insufficient.
 Try these steps:

1. If using IE v. 7 – go to Tools drop down menu/Internet Options
2. There should be a tab on there called “Privacy”
3. There should be a section for dis/enabling Pop Up Blockers.  Uncheck the box to disable the Pop Up blocker. Your Internet browser should now allow all pop up windows.
4. Once you are done listening to all the sessions for the day, you can follow the steps above to turn your Pop Up blocker back on.

The 2009 Virtual Summit begins Monday, June 22. All of the sessions will be presented in a convenient online format at no cost to you, with no pre-registration required.

Remember, you do not need a Webex account/log in/user name/password to participate in the Summit. Just click on the "Start Session" button on the Summit Session webpage a few minutes before your session begins, and you will be redirected to the appropriate WebEx page.

Please review the session schedule and descriptions to decide which sessions you would like to attend. Note that all times are posted in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

All of the information you will need to participate is detailed below. Don't forget that we will be giving away a $100 Gift Card each day of the 2009 Virtual Summit to thank you for participating in this event. Just fill out the survey at the end of each session to be entered to win.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:

  • When your desired session is about to begin, go to the "Sessions" tab on the Virtual Summit website (http://summit.tickets.com/sessions.html).

  • Click the "Start Session" button below the schedule grid. The "Start Session" button will bring you to a Webex program page where there will be a link to the session.

  • Click on the session name (or click "View" on far right-hand side of the page).
    Please note: Some sessions have supplemental documentation associated with them, for download after the session ends. These sessions are identified by a download icon next to their names. The supplemental documents are password protected. The password to access the supplemental documentation will be given during the session.

  • Follow the prompts to join the session.
